Bow Pose

Do Bridge Pose instead of Bow.

Start on your back with your legs about six inches apart and your arms by your sides, palms down. Bend your knees and bring your feet flat on the floor close to your hips. With an exhale, press your feet and arms into the floor and lift your pelvis up while arching the back.

The hands may stay flat on the floor or you can clasp them together underneath the buttocks. Lower slowly on an exhale.
