I don't know what this posture is called -- or if it's even a traditional posture. Instead of bringing the arms overhead, place your hands behind your back in prayer position. Step to the right, turn on the heels so the feet end up one behind the other with the back foot at a 45 degree angle. (The leg positioning remains the same as Standing Sep. Leg Head to Knee.) Bend forward from the hips keeping the back flat and eyes looking forward.
