From Jody McHoul, "All my Bikram Yoga this pregnancy paid off. We added a healthy 6lbs, 7 ounce baby boy, Robert James, to our family Monday evening. My labor & delivery was fast (our son arrived less than an hour after pulling into hospital) and pain medicine free. My recovering is going great - Thanks to Bikram Yoga!"
