I have been a runner for over 10 years and doing Bikram yoga for about 8 years on and off. I recently moved back to Atlanta almost a year ago and have been training more intensely with my running. I quickly injured myself first with brevis tendentious and then stress fractures in both my legs. I decided to take up Bikram yoga again and not only has it prevented further injury my last half marathon time was improved by four minutes!! I can not say enough about Bikram yoga. It not only has helped me physically, but mentally as well. Thank you!
