I attended a Bikram Yoga class in Pasadena, CA yesterday and toward the end of the class the instructor said, "Lynn, the studio you attend must be great as you have a really good practice.

The best part of what she said was "the studio you attend". What a great compliment to you and my other instructors in Decatur. It was a reflection of not me but the studio I came from. It made me proud of our community - the Decatur studio.

Thank you to all my Decatur instructors for giving me a solid foundation to develop my practice. You're the greatest!

You could also say that the people who choose to practice at your studio are influenced and inspired by what you choose to cultivate... Since I moved to FL, I too have had comments about my practice as a reflection of my studio home (which is still BYD in my heart...see you in November!) I miss BYD every day. You are different in an amazing way. You deserve credit.

Thanks for the support and encouragement but y'all get to take some credit. The culture at a studio is largely influenced by the people who choose to practice there and, as I like to say in class, without you I'd just be a loud voice in an empty room.
